How should i return my rented item?
You have returned the item in the same packaging for free. You must use the voucher number you have found when you receive your item

What if the rented item doesn’t fit?
You have 24h to contact with our customer department info@rebucollective.com. We will refund the rental fee only of unwon item and if the security tags are still attached.

What if I accidentally damage a rental item??
Please contact our customer service +302103605354 and when we receive it back we'll carry out a condition report and assess the damage and consider a suitable solution, whether, repair or additional charge.

Who is responsible for cleaning?
Don’t worry! We will care of it.

How often you dry clean an item?
All items are cleaned and fully sanitized after every rental

How many days can I keep an item?
You can rent an item for 4 days at a time. If you want it for more days you must contact our customer department at info@rebucollective.com
